After 18 years working in the recruitment industry Rupert established Carrington King with Graeme Neville as his business partner. This was driven by an unwavering belief in the role outsourced recruitment can play in partnering with Australian companies to securing great talent; desire to enhance the reputation of external recruiters as highly professional service providers and business consultants; and a burning passion for delivering innovative, benchmark recruitment services that exceed expectations.

Rupert Saint

Managing Director, Carrington King

A University of Auckland Commerce graduate, Rupert spent the early years of his career in finance, marketing and operational roles with Dollar-Rent-a-Car and Procter & Gamble.


He arrived in Melbourne in 1993 and fell into the recruitment industry, so beginning the journey that culminated with the formation in 2010 of Carrington King. Rupert steadily layered up his experience with industry leaders such as Hamilton James & Bruce, Carmichael Fisher (as a Founding Director) and Derwent Executive, each time gaining expertise with more sophisticated candidate sourcing techniques and pushing higher into the organisation chart. Rupert brings a powerful combination of experience gained in as a manager in commerce along with an extensive recruitment history placing senior level executives across a variety of industry sectors including technology, professional services, manufacturing and energy.


He leads a team of industry specialist recruiters and researchers at Carrington King that delivers retained executive search & selection services into key markets.


When his wife and three young children allow, Rupert's life remains equally busy outside of work with travel and a love of the arts. An avid sports fan he remains an active social basketballer and part time triathlete.

Graeme Neville

Non-Executive Chairman, Carrington King

Along with his role as Non-Executive Chairman of Carrington King, Graeme is Principal Strategic Adviser to Dominium Capital.


Graeme is a man of vision, conviction and passion in business, and his ability to discern new opportunities and implement the strategies needed to capture them are two characteristics inherent in successful business leadership.


A founding partner of Pathfinder Solutions (now a part of the Deloitte family), Graeme has spent a career identifying potential and carving out leadership positions in the market - skills he brings to his role as Non-Executive Chairman with Carrington King. His strategic mind, strong affinity with people, and business building ability make him a natural leader.


Graeme travels overseas regularly to ensure he keeps his finger on the pulse of overseas developments and trends. He brings over 30 years of marketing, advertising and management experience to Carrington King. Graeme has held key management roles with national companies in the advertising, consumer products and consulting fields, including a number of years as a Director and CEO of breakthrough outdoor media group - Buspak.


Graeme maintains a passion for horses, music and aviation. He breeds and owns thoroughbreds, plays guitar in a Blues/Rock band and he has held a private pilot's license for more than 20 years.
